  • Be a bridge between teams and management.  
  • Validate inputs from colleagues and help manage their expectations, while reflecting on the needs and questions from management (e.g., when managing escalations, defining the complexity of tasks etc…)  
  • Stay neutral and be able to solve conflicts.  
  • Improve communication between departments and within each team. 


We are looking for a „mini CTO“. You are an expert in your field but also have skills in R&D, management, leadership, etc. We expect you to be able to work in any team (various products) and back up your colleagues when needed. You must understand the unique needs of each team, work with people to increase efficiency, set up new processes, tools, etc. Your primary job is not coding but leading and mentoring people. We expect you to take the initiative, bringing innovative ideas and solutions.   

Experience expectations: 
  • Minimum 4 years‘ experience as a senior developer.  
  • Minimum 2 years‘ experience as a leader with a focus on personal development.

You will be part of the software development team to build and extend backend applications running on the .NET Core platform. You will have the chance to use the newest frameworks and tools while working on tasks and actively participating in the application’s design.  

As a backend evangelist, you are given a unique opportunity to shape both the company culture and technology stack using modern tools and methodologies.  

We are looking for an experienced developer with:  

  • Strong knowledge of C#/.NET 
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good overview of the newest technologies and ability to write clean and maintainable code 
  • An open mind and creative thinking 
  • Experience with Service Fabric, SQL, Git and DevOps (TFS) is an advantage
